  • To validate your license and provide product updates: Our plugin communicates your License and Technical Data (site URL) with our licensing server (managed by DodoPayments.com) to verify your purchase and enable access to Pro features and updates. This is necessary for the Performance of a contract and for our Legitimate interest in preventing software piracy.
  • To provide customer support: We use your Contact, License, and Technical data when you reach out to us for help with our products. This is necessary for our Legitimate interest in providing excellent customer service.
  • To improve our website and products: We use aggregated Technical and Usage Data to understand how our site and products are used and to improve them. This is based on our Legitimate interest to develop our business.
  • To send you important product notices and marketing: We may use your Contact Data to inform you about critical updates, security notices, or new products and offers if you have opted-in. This is based on your Consent or our Legitimate interest (to develop our products/services and grow our business). You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time.

Our business is operated by Venturesera Ltd, a Seychelles International Business Company (IBC). As per Seychelles law, an IBC does not conduct business or process data within the Republic of Seychelles. Your data is processed on servers located in various jurisdictions, such as those used by our web host and third-party service providers like DodoPayments.com. When we transfer your data, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring appropriate safeguards are in place.
